1. Charitable Purchases

• All purchases made in support of charitable causes are non-refundable.

• Exchanges are permitted for items of equal value, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.

 

2. Adult Toys

• Due to medical safety and sanitization concerns, all adult toy sales are final.

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

 

3. Clothing

• Clothing may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and with tags intact.

• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

 

4. Fragrances & Hygiene Products

• Fragrances, lotions, oils, and other hygiene products are not eligible for refunds.

• Exchanges are allowed only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
